Target Master Sights / Stabilizers Warranty: Control Systems Ltd. will furnish its standard form LIMITED WARRANTY in favor of distributor's customer and end users of the product. The terms of the warranty are as follows: all laser aiming devices have a ONE (1) year limited warranty on parts and workmanship from date of purchase by the original owner. Warrant is void if the product has been misused, modified or disassembled. Control Systems Ltd. will repair or replace defective products at its discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Control Systems disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Control Systems Ltd. or its suppliers, distributors, dealers or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, wrongful death or pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use any Control Systems product, even if Control Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, which may vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.

WARRANTY REPAIR: All returned goods must be authorized by Control Systems. A return authorization number will be issued in order to track all shipments. The returned item(s) packaging must be clearly marked with the RA# and shipped prepaid to us. We reserve the right to inspect all defective merchandise to determine the cause of defect and repair or replace warranted items.
